Ipoh Trip with My Cookies Gang!

Image
So last weekend me and some friends went on a road trip to Ipoh! Been planning this road trip for weeks and it was supposed to happen weeks ago but one thing after another came up that we had to postponed the trip to last Saturday when it finally happened! Our first stop when we arrived in Ipoh was Hong Kee Egg Tart located at Kedai Kopi Weng Seng. I would give a 7/10 if you ask me cause I personally like the crust to be thinner and crispier but other than that, it taste really good! I would share some photos of it if I can but too bad, I was too hungry at that time that I totally forgot to take any photo of it.  And the light 'breakfast', we head off to Kedai Kopi Nam Chau for a proper breakfast. I had the Hor Fun and it was not bad. Apparently they are well known for their Curry Noodles which I should have ordered that instead buuuut I was craving for Hor Fun at that time, so yeah.  After our breakfast we went on exploring the street just right next to Kedai Kopi Na...

Before 2017 Ends

Changed my blog's layout again but still not satisfied with it, gonna modify a little bit here and there from now and then.  Anyways just wanna do a recap of my Year 2017 before the year ends. Nothing much to be honest except that I've traveled to places I feel like I needed to share, places that I'd never thought I would be going at this early age, things I'd never thought I would ever have the chance to see it myself and I did. It still seems so surreal even until today, felt like I've woken up from a beautiful dream.  So before I go on further into THE amazing experience I've mentioned, lets start with the beginning of the year some time around March  –  visited Italy, and as usual I went with our Malaysian local traveling tour. Frankly speaking, I would much prefer traveling to Europe free and easy if I can but well, since this tour offered a good promotion price so why not? Overall of this trip was good, just a slight disappointment but yeah all I ...

I know my blog has been dead for too long AND... I suddenly just have this urge in me to update my blog so here is:- I'm sure many of you are familiar with the word Kpop or even, you could be one of them Kpop fans reading this right now. Well I have a lot of friends around me (not all but yeah, a lot of them) that are also Kpop fans and some are really huge fans. Yeah but that does not make me a fan myself, I may love the country Korea, the people there (visited Korea once and really nice people there) , the places there and sometimes my friends would tell me stuff about them Kpop singers, talk about how funny some Korean talk-shows were or one of my cousins would ask me to watch some Korean dramas that she think its really nice. I would watch them or listen to their songs but nope, still not a fan and I was never a Kpop fan. No offence to you fans out there, I'm not here to insult or anything just saying I'm not a fan and my point of this blogpost is about me g...

Cousin Pearlyn's biggie day

So this was what happened last Friday. Road trip to KL with the relatives for cousin's wedding. The fun part was when 11 cars have to drive down to Seremban where the bridegroom stay. At KL: Cousin, the bride and the bridesmaid together with all the Ji Mui Heading down to Seremban. Yep, just a short and quick update it is but I gotta say this, call me evil but I laughed so hard seeing the bridegroom and best men got "tortured" during the wedding game, Hahaha. One of the games was 4 chosen best men have to put on makeups and accessories looking like a lady. And this was what happened: Bridesmaid passes lipstick, wig and accessories to one of the best men. 1st best man ; 2nd best man (While applying lipstick on the other best man) Eh why no colour one? No colour good la (Ignore and ask the bridesmaid) Pass me red lipstick . Seriously...? LOL

This is what happened for the past few weeks: One of our lecturers, Mr. Paul organized a small event of barbecue dinner for the church he goes to and we were asked to go help him out with the food. Well...actually I wasn't one of them who were asked to go help out but I went anyway, just wanna help and have fun there with the mates. So on that day the friends came over to my place for kitchen where we get all the food prepared. Jason with his "yum chin" face, Hah. Teaching Navin how to slice the pork meat into pieces of thinner layer. And now he did it. Daisy preparing the salad. Navin: Choi, York , Wong lei , Choi, York , Wong lei , Choi, York , Wong lei .. (and goes on) (FYI, he was speaking in Cantonese, which means veggie , meat , pineapple ) He repeated that in order to remember what comes first and after for the skewering. Not only that, he's been talking non-stop (as usual) and at one point I couldn't stand how noisy he is then I go... Me: Navin say ah...
